We’re a local in the true sense of the word. For a long time, Buglers has been a place for locals and outsiders to get together, have a drink and catch up. In 200 years, that’s never changed.
Providing a huge selection of drink to suit everyone to delicious freshly cooked food, our pub is a place to relax, unwind and catch up with friends. We accommodate families, groups and individuals and have areas to suit everyone. The pub has a very special atmosphere and an ethos of inclusion delivering an unrivalled service to the surrounding community.

Out the back of Buglers, you will find The Meeting Place. A unique secluded haven, different and unseen locally.
By day, The Meeting Place is a Rustic, barista coffee dock, serving a bespoke blend of coffees, teas, fresh bakes and pastries, gourmet Toasties and lots more tasty bites.
We also do fresh Rotisserie chickens, cooked daily and available on our menu. We include our fresh Rotisserie chickens on a huge amount of our in-house dishes, or if you’re just not feeling like cooking a meal, they’re also available for take away on their own or as a meal.

The Meeting Place is open for tea’s, coffees, and fresh bakes from 8.30am each morning.
Our Brunch menu is available from 9am until 12pm daily.
Our Dinner menu is available from 3pm daily and food service finishes at 9pm each evening.
